We are EDAC Executive Development Assessment Centre Ltd (EDAC), a Cyprus-registered international company, registration HE 123279 with registered office at 3, Michael Koutsofta Street, CY-3305 LIMASSOL, Cyprus. EDAC trades under the name ‘EDAC Services’.

EDAC is committed to data privacy, that is to say the fair and lawful treatment of personal information.

When you complete this questionnaire, EDAC will inevitably process personal information about you. This Informed Consent form therefore explains:

•    What personal information EDAC processes about you.
•    The purposes for which EDAC processes your personal information.
•    To whom EDAC may disclose your personal information.

What personal information EDAC processes about you

When you complete this questionnaire, we will process personal information about you, including:

•    Your Name.
•    Your ID No (optional).
•    Your Age (for the MCPA® only).
•    Your Date of Birth (optional for the MCPA® only).
•    Your assessment results.

The purposes for which EDAC may process your personal information

We process your personal information for the following purposes:

•    To provide information and feedback to participants, either as individuals, or in management development
      programmes run by trained and accredited consultants and company or organization HR professionals.

•    To understand the development of strategic decision making and leadership which forms part of a long-term
      research project, the results of which are constantly fed back to refine and develop our programs.

•    Where you have expressly consented, to inform and support the selection process. When your personal information
      is used in this way, questionnaire data will always be interpreted by a trained counselor and never handed
      directly to those responsible for the selection process.

•    Individual results will not be released to employers or to any other person or entity without participants giving their
      permission - this restriction applies equally to EDAC and Bioss Associates and their clients.

To whom EDAC may disclose your personal information

Your personal information may be disclosed to trained and accredited EDAC or Bioss Associates and their accredited clients (that is to say the company you work for or are applying for a position at).

Retention of your personal information

EDAC will retain identifiable individual results for a period of at least seven years, and in addition we will use aggregated data held anonymously for longer-term analysis and normative study.

EDAC maintains secure data storage in the UK and the Republic of Cyprus (an EU country), and all results are automatically routed to both locations. EDAC and all EDAC staff are registered with the Data Protection authorities in the UK and Cyprus as required.

The measures taken by EDAC to help protect your personal information

EDAC implements appropriate technical and organizational security measure to protect your personal information. For example, our online questionnaires are hosted in the EU in a secure environment.
